As a Small Group we are here to encourage one another to grow spiritually – in following Jesus, in being His disciple.

The first 3 roles to effectively lead a small group.

4. Shepherd, Equip, & Multiply (12min)

The last 3 roles of leading a Small Group effectively.

5. Relational Environments – Group Guidelines (16min)

Setting some basic group guidelines/ground rules for how we will honor one another in our group discussions is important.

We walk through the steps of what actually happens during a Small Group.

We talk about the right questions to lead people through the Head, Heart, Hands process of Bible Study in a Small Group.
