EQUIP – THE PEAKS & VALLEYS OF LIFE
In this mini-course you will be led through an experience to discover some of the impacting moments in your life. We all have different experiences that make us who we are. Some experiences are great and bring joy while others are hurtful and create wounds. We call these the “peaks & valleys” of life.
EQUIP 1.1 – THE POWER OF PERSONAL GROWTH
This course is the first 4mo. section of an Equip Cohort that leads you through a personal growth plan. You will go through a process of self discovery and grow deeper in your relationship with God. In addition to this online training, you will also be involved in a twice a month cohort to process what you learn through the online training.
EQUIP 1.2 – SPIRIT-LED LIVING & HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
This course is the second 4mo. section of an Equip Cohort that leads you through a personal growth plan. You will learn how to live a Spirit-led life and have healthy relationships. In addition to this online training, you will also be involved in a twice a month cohort to process what you learn through the online training. EQUIP 1.3 – LEADING WELL IN LIFE
This course is the third 4mo. section of an Equip Cohort that leads you through a personal growth plan. You will gain powerful tools to empower you to lead others like Jesus did… by serving. In addition to this online training, you will also be involved in a twice a month cohort to process what you learn through the online training. EQUIP 2.0 – PRACTICAL THEOLOGY
This course is the next step after completing all Equip 1.0 courses. Theology: The study of God. Why spend time on Theology in our Equip study? Our story is thoroughly intertwined with God’s story. All we are and do are dependent on who God is and we need to be confident in our knowledge of God.
NOTE: This course can only be accessed after the completion of all Equip 1.0 courses.
Small Groups are where you experience what church is all about. The most powerful environment for life change and growth happens in relationship in small groups. The key to effective groups are trained and empowered leaders. This training will give you the tools to know how to disciple individuals in your small group.
DISCIPLESHIP – BIBLE STUDY TOOLS
This 5 Session mini-course will help you take steps to study the scriptures on your own. Pastor Jim Franks will walk you through a process of digging deep into your Bible using physical books, concordances and study tools.

DISCIPLESHIP – NEW BELIEVER
Are you a new Christian? It can be hard and overwhelming to know what your next step is. This course will help you start your journey with God by walking you through the foundational truths and habits of what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
INTRO TO DISCIPLESHIP
This course lays the foundation of what it means to be a disciple and make disciples of Christ. We define a disciple this way… one who is surrendered to God, changed by the Holy Spirit, and lives like Jesus.
SERVE – Guest Services
This course outlines the importance of creating a welcoming church experience for new attenders. We want to have great hospitality towards new people in our church. You will learn about each role in Guest Services and what each role accomplishes every Sunday morning.
